📦 Return & Refund Policy

• Physical Posters
  All of our physical prints are made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.
  However, we do offer replacements for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.

To request a replacement:

• Contact us at info.lemonsodadesign@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery

• Include your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and photos of the shipping container

Please note:

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

• 📩 Digital Templates
  Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once the file has been delivered.
